We're dedicated to bolstering the entire STEM ecosystem — from budding students to seasoned educators. This summer, our partnerships have continued to demonstrate the transformative power of mentorship and collaboration. In partnership with New York Medical College, we’re in the second year of our unique program that immerses talented medical school students deep into the drug development process. This multiyear engagement allows participants to study key areas of clinical development, gaining hands-on experience in Regeneron’s approach to clinical trials, manufacturing, regulatory and legal considerations, and more. We've also proudly continued our Regeneron STEM Teaching Fellowship in collaboration with the STEM Leadership Center. This initiative enhances the capabilities of middle- and high-school educators through a two-week, intensive experience at our labs in Tarrytown, N.Y., empowering them to learn and translate real-world scientific practices into inspiring classroom lessons for students.
