We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Wellcare. Through this program, Eat Well will provide 1,600 eligible WellCare Medicaid members with $80 a month to purchase more fruits and vegetables, necessary to combat food insecurity and chronic conditions like diabetes and hypertension.
