I am super excited to announce the Restaurant Association of Maryland will be hosting our very first Women of Hospitality conference! WoH 2023: Showing Up and Speaking Up for Yourself, Your Career, and Your Community Join us for a day of celebration and discussion with leading females in the hospitality world. Attendees will engage in conversation focused around femininity in the workplace, leadership and management, social media, community involvement, physical and mental health, and more. The day will include breakfast, lunch, and a cocktail reception curated by an all female culinary, serving, and event management staff at the Marriott in College Park on Wednesday, October 18th. I'm a big believer that hospitality extends way further than the restaurant level, you do not need to work in a restaurant to join! The diversity of roles represented will only add to the empowerment and growth of our attendees.
