    🚀 Launching a New Sales Process at SKO🚀 SKO is the perfect opportunity to launch new programs across all of GTM. We have helped our customers make the most of this experience by introducing a new sales process. Here are some helpful things to think about if you want to launch a new sales process at #SKO. BEFORE SKO:  Strategic planning is key. Analyze key metrics at each stage in your sales process and identify what needs to change. Socialize the changes that will be made and get leadership buy in. Begin configuring your systems, and plan to include best-practices reinforcement in your SKO agenda. DURING SKO: Engagement and clarity are crucial. What new activities are expected of your sellers? What skills need to be reinforced? Reps should have time to learn, workshop and practice critical skills during SKO, directly with their peers and leaders. From keynote, to role-specific breakout sessions, to booths and SKO gamification/competitions - ensure your team has ample time to engage with the new sales process. AFTER SKO: Supporting a new sales process doesn't stop at SKO. Make a plan to provide ongoing enablement that will reinforce learning and address key challenges. From adding SKO recordings into the onboarding path, to hosting office hours and additional enablement sessions - there are a number of ways to support ongoing learning and skill refinement.
