On April 26th, new Title IX regulations were revealed, bringing essential protections for survivors and students. Starting Aug. 1, these protections will guard against discrimination based on gender identity and provide harassment protections for pregnant people and student parents. Notably, the definition of sexual assault in K-12 schools and colleges will also be expanded. At SafeHouse Denver, we stand with all survivors of domestic violence.
