HDC San Diego is a premier hockey training center providing unique, effective, and measurable programs to individuals, small groups, and teams. We offer athletes of all levels a comprehensive facility where they are able to work one-on-one with our accredited trainers to help reach their maximum potential. Our center is divided into four zones which focus on a different area of development. 1. Fusion Skating Zone - Designed for development of individual skills such as skating, shooting, stick handling, passing and peripheral vision. The zone consists of our unique Hockey Skating Treadmill and other specialized technologies. 2. Shooting Zone - Created for player’s puck-handling skills development, with a focus on shooting and stick handling. 3. Testing Zone - Area where we test a player's fitness level using a specialized diagnostic system to create a customized and measurable training plan and set goals. 4. Gym Zone - Zone with a focus on improvement of conditioning and coordination skills including cardio, strength, plyo, functional-stretching, and agility.
