    Hi friends! I am currently getting my master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology and am working on my thesis. I'm conducting a research study examining the affect that personality types may have on women’s career positions and advancement. I'm looking for study participants who are women that work full-time in a corporate environment. Participation involves completing an online survey. It should take no more than 10 minutes.     Today is my birthday- do you know the best part about getting older? It's watching other people grow. Thankfully I’m blessed to have so many relationships with friends, coworkers, and clients that I get to watch a lot of people grow. I’ve gotten to watch clients start businesses, grow them, and then sell them. I've been able to see salespeople start their sales careers timid and unsure and transform themselves into leaders and mentors. In many cases, they've become the President of the company (you know who you are). I've seen people go from single to married to parents and in some cases retire. I've seen colleagues in our Sandler business come in unsure of themselves and turn into rocks that others depend upon. It’s a wonderful sight to see from where I sit. The best part about another birthday is reflecting on all the good people around you and the amazing things that they have achieved...and you can't get to do that without getting a little older.
