Recently helped a customer with start-up services for a core room relocation. This mixer is for phase 1 to feed a new core machine below the mezzanine. The finished project will have 3 mixers feeding 3 independent core machines, serviced by their existing pneumatic transporter system which was used to feed the old core area halfway across the plant. Their existing transporter was only a single destination unit, so we were also able to help with an auxiliary control panel and pinch valve system to allow the transporter to feed to 3 destination locations without disrupting the logic in their existing transporter PLC.
