Protecting your skin from harmful UV rays is essential for maintaining good health. Here are some tips to keep you safe in the sun: 🧴Wear sunscreen with at least SPF 30 and reapply every 2 hours. 🌳Seek shade, especially between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. when the sun’s rays are strongest. 👒Wear protective clothing, including a wide-brimmed hat and UV-blocking sunglasses. 💧Stay hydrated to keep your skin healthy and prevent heat exhaustion. Let’s enjoy the summer while keeping our skin safe and healthy! #UVSafety #SunProtection #HealthySkin #StaySafe #SummerSafety #HealthCareTips #Sunscreen #Hydration

Senior Whole Health, in collaboration with The MolinaCares Accord, recently held a virtual panel exploring how the place-based supports approach is improving health outcomes for seniors. Our own Plan President Bill Graham hosted the panel, bringing experts together to address the importance of food security, crisis intervention, behavioral health, and integrating resident and service providers into specialty housing. We were honored to have Emily Cooper, chief housing officer at the Executive Office of Elder Affairs, join us as the keynote speaker. We look forward to future panel discussions as we work alongside local stakeholders to build stronger communities, one life at a time. View the full panel recording: https://bit.ly/3WheBKG
