Incredible day at the Portrait Gallery in our nation’s capital. Great job with virtual and in-person attendance for teachers of all areas, and wonderful hospitality. Particularly enjoyed the emphasis of equality through art, social studies, and stories with interactive experiences.

I was so delighted to attend the Smithsonian’s National Education Summit in D.C. this week. It was enlightening and inspiring. My favorite part was hearing from the amazing young keynote, Gitanjali Rao, an 18yo freshman at MIT and inventor. She reminded of why I do what do - helping to make learning accessible to anyone from anywhere at anytime. Thanks Smithsonian Education for an incredible week of learning! #smithsonianEdu #SmithsonianNES2024
