Role Description
This is a part-time Operations Administrator role located in Tustin, CA, with flexibility to accommodate remote work. The Operations Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as administrative assistance, operations management, and staff/client relations. They will also utilize analytical skills and effective communication to manage and streamline various operational processes.
Qualifications
👍 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
👍Excellent written and verbal communication skills
👍Ability to effectively manage various administrative tasks and projects
👍Experience in operations management and staff/client relations
👍Proficiency in computer-based workflows (e.g.,Google Workspace apps)
