About us
The Society for Healthcare Consumer Advocacy (SHCA), a personal membership group of the American Hospital Association (AHA) is a not-for-profit healthcare organization dedicated to individuals interested in advocacy. Serving over 800 members, SHCA offers education, networking and resources to patient advocates, patient representatives, guest relations professionals, physicians, nurses, social workers and others who are advocate in the name of the patient.
