Elisa Weathers: I understand the process, but just to put it out there plainly, would you mind just walking through that workflow? Elizabeth Steiner: So if I say I had 5 candidates on my list who I need to submit and for what job and I'll just pull up the job order and Bullhorn in our system along with the, the candidate profile. And then you open up Staffing Engine and can easily just, one by one, go through type in, the ID for each generate the submission, submit it automatically, and then go through that for for each of them. So it's a really quick flow and process. Elisa Weathers: Let's say you have 5 to 10 candidates to submit. Would that probably take you like 5 to 10 minutes? Elizabeth Steiner: 5 minutes. Yeah. Depending on some clients, you know, want particular information and it may not, the system's not going to know, know that. So we'll have to edit in if they want to quantify something, but yeah, outside of that, if it's, you know, a generic one, 5 minutes or less. Elisa Weathers: Yeah. That's amazing. And before that would for that amount of candidates would take you over a half hour probably. Yeah. Especially. You're not, I'm meeting so many people. Elizabeth Steiner: It's been super helpful I would say the efficiency is the biggest thing prior I was writing the same essential information but taking probably 10 times as long taking 15 minutes to go back reference a resume, and write up a summary of all of that. And now it's literally a click of a button, it's readily available. And there may obviously be some small edits, but it's a huge, huge time saver. Elisa Weathers: Yeah, that's to be expected. It gets you probably 95% of the way there after we have flushed out and configured your prompt preferences in that output. So it's pretty close to what you would come up with on your own from scratch. But again, yeah, with anything else, you always want to proofread and make any edits that you need to, right? Right.
