Wiley was part of the regional leadership team at our sister company from Marmon Holdings, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway Company, and we look forward to him bringing his expertise to Sterling Crane USA. Wiley is an experienced leader and specializes in organization optimization, team building, and innovation. As Sr. Director of Operations, Mr. Rung will provide strong leadership and mentoring to the Operation Managers, responsible for an effective management system ensuring safe and reliable crane service to all customers, and achieve revenue, market share and profit objectives. Zach’s knowledge of customer job-site specific requirements and responsibilities enhances on-site safety improvements. Additionally, he supports less experienced colleagues by guiding them through crane manuals and coaching in the moment. His proactive approach to training reflects his commitment to promoting the safety culture at Sterling Crane USA. Zach consistently demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and provides valuable input during safety meetings. He also actively engages in safety discussions to address changing work scopes and safely executing the task at hand.
