We were thrilled to welcome our Class of 2024 SVP Scholars to the firm last week for their weeklong internship in our Greenwich office. The SVP Scholars program is about engaging an early career talent pool, where we can have the biggest impact in providing access and opportunity to our industry. The students spent the week shadowing various teams, including investment, technology, operations and real estate. They also spent time refining their softer skills, including presentation practice, networking 101 and mock interviews, to set them up for success as they enter the workforce post college.
