We had a great chat with ✦ Jonathon Ben-Haim last week about using data about how customers use your product to improve how often you can ship meaningful features. Here's what we learned: Make sure that when you create instrumentation, you're not only capturing what the user is doing, but also the context of what they're *trying* to do. Make sure that you have a dedicated person to understand what's happening with how customers are using your product, and make sure they can disseminate the information quickly to other relevant folks at the company.
