    Where did ten years go?! This was me graduating Target Business College in June of 2014! I have nothing but gratitude for this company- not just because they have given me a career but because of how my career has shaped me ten years later- - I have confidence in my abilities because others spoke up about what they saw in me -I understand that grit, perseverance and resilience always is rewarded and you come out stronger -I’ve personally benefited from a company that leads with care first and been able to impact others by doing the same -I have learned the balance of work and life and appreciate investing in myself first to be the best leader for my team and be able to then pour back into them -Last, I’ve learned that when you love what you do, and make work fun- it really makes ten years fly by! From ETL- to SD- to DSD- I never take for granted my career path, all the teams I’ve been able to work with and all the relationships I’ve built! It feels great to love your job and the company you work for ❤️⭕️🎯

    I love that there is an International Women in Engineering Day to spotlight the incredible contribution of women engineers! I have been so privileged through my time at Target to work with many women engineers who are helping shape the future of retail and are role models for others. Their stories and what they have achieved are paving the way for more women to aspire for roles in engineering. I am also proud of what we are doing to nurture and empower more women engineers in the community at Target in India – through UpCurve, a program to help women studying STEM subjects across India in order to be industry ready, and Target Elevate, a platform designed for women in technology to advance in their careers.
