Project Spotlight 📸: The Pentecostals of the Twin Cities partnered with TBA Studio to rejuvenate its space, aiming to better serve its growing congregation and elevate the worship experience. TBA Studio collaborated closely with church leadership to address immediate needs while considering long-term goals. The design focused on optimizing circulation by expanding corridors and modernizing essential amenities like restrooms and classrooms, fostering a stronger sense of community. Central to the renovation was the transformation of the sanctuary, where outdated elements were replaced with contemporary designs. TBA Studio introduced strategic enhancements, including two new offices and a community space, to enrich the overall worship experience. The main lobby became a welcoming focal point with updated finishes and a striking lighting feature, inviting worshippers to engage and connect.

Project Spotlight: Louisiana Tech University Press Box Renovation The Louisiana Tech University press box was in need of a refresh as the football program rapidly expanded. Committed to their fans and community, the university was willing to provide the necessary improvements needed to recruit top caliber students while also creating a more exciting game day experience for their fans. The new press box facility was designed to achieve a sleek, modern look while providing optimal viewing for spectators. A camera deck beneath the main structure elevates the facility above the crowd, ensuring unobstructed views for fans. The curved façade integrates form and function, maintaining accurate sightlines for every suite while adding a touch of style to the stadium atmosphere. This renovation has revitalized the game day experience at Louisiana Tech University, setting the stage for years of enjoyment for fans and students! We're in the business of bringing new life to historic buildings! 300 Houston Street blends modern functionality with historic charm. Developed for Federal Realty Investment Trust, this mixed-use building features the second oldest Walgreens lease, with refurbished 1920’s “Walgreen Drugs” porcelain signs as a staple in the design. The building respects the neighborhood's character, offering 18,000 sq. ft. of retail space on the ground floor, office space on the second, and an expanded basement for additional parking.
