This past May we celebrated 21 Years of programming, activation, community building, and impact. Typically we attempt to create an edutainment environment at our events. However, once a year we push the one-pagers aside, break out the flowers, and give each other a well-deserved pat on the back for a job well done in our never-ending mission. Thank you to all of our community partners, sponsors, parent mentors, residents, and more who joined us for a great night.

This year marked three years of TWE-led Juneteenth Resource and Wellness Celebrations. Meant to provide residents with not only a good time for the holiday but the resources necessary to go on and throw their own Juneteenth / Father's Day. Split into two parts this year, residents enjoyed access to food and resources at our newly purchased property on 63rd & Halsted, before moving to the Englewood Breakroom for more free food, live performances, and celebration. We thank all of you who attended, and as always we invite you to join the Englewood Quality of Life Initiative!
