We get such satisfaction from caring for each patient who walks into our urgent care clinic that kudos aren’t essential. But let’s be honest: Patient notes and reviews like this really make our day! "What an amazing experience. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.... I gave you 5 stars, but for the way I felt treated from start to finish you deserve 10 stars!" – Stotzer Patient #reviewsmatter #teamwork #urgentcare #iamTMC

Together, we can accomplish important work: Like taking care of patients – while we take care of each other. To highlight these efforts, we recently celebrated Team Appreciation Week at Texas MedClinic. The week brought opportunities for light-hearted fun and shared meals as well as for the presentation of meaningful awards for team members. We celebrated each member of the Texas MedClinic team for their unflagging commitment, expertise and the effort that goes into treating you well every day, all year long. On top of that, we offered praise and recognition for team members who earned a “Culture & Values Champion Award”. Categories included: Quality, Teamwork, Integrity, Humility and Accountability. This semi-annual activity reminds us to always attend to our shared values, which take us beyond the ordinary metrics of a day at work, into meaningful service. Thank you to everyone who participated in the celebrations! Today is Juneteenth, a time to commemorate this date in 1865, when enslaved Black people in Texas were finally informed of their freedom more than two years after the Emancipation Proclamation was signed. We hope you will join us in celebrating Black freedom and resilience today, while recognizing that learning from our imperfect history gives us the opportunity to build a more just and equitable future for all.   Learn more about Juneteenth and African American history and culture on the National Museum of African American History & Culture website: https://nmaahc.si.edu/ or watch this video about the history of Juneteenth from TED-Ed: https://lnkd.in/gH7mfT5c #juneteenth #equity #iamtmc #texashistory

June is dedicated to emphasizing the health and wellbeing of men. Despite all jokes about “man colds,” men commonly postpone a trip to a medical clinic, citing that ‘it’s not that bad’ and hoping the concern will self-resolve. But after seeing thousands of unnecessarily miserable men at Texas MedClinic we’re here to encourage you to come see us sooner! There’s no need to be tough – especially if it’s going to require medical care eventually, anyway. Be easier on yourself. Let us take care of you. TexasMedClinic.com #menshealthmonth #mancold #urgentcare

We’re celebrating Pride Month by reasserting our commitment to caring for and celebrating each person in the LGBTQ+ community. As employers and health care providers this means we: 1. Recognize the contributions LGBTQ+ team members make to our organization every day – and have made for many years. 2. Dedicate ourselves to building and maintaining a culture and environment in which everyone is comfortable being their authentic self at work. 3. Acknowledge an additional responsibility to understand and address the health disparities faced by our LGBTQ+ patients. These disparities are often exacerbated by the challenges LGBTQ+ individuals face in accessing care. At Texas MedClinic, we will never discriminate against, refuse care or provide lesser treatment to any individual who comes to us for help. We are united by our compassion, kindness and commitment to providing care that is personal to every one of our patients. texasmedclinic.com #pridemonth #urgentcare #IamTMC

We offer lots of ways to provide our clinic teams with feedback. We read and listen to each review -- always wanting to give our patients a 5-star experience. We appreciated this one from a recent Texas MedClinic patient. "One of, if not the best, service I've gotten at any clinic I've been at. I came in with an injury to my left ring finger and needed an x-ray and stitches. Dr Luna took great care of me and the staff (did) as well -- Noelle, Mariah -- they were absolutely awesome. Thank you all for your wonderful service...." See more patient reviews on our website: TexasMedClinic.com #patientcare #reviewsmatter #urgentcare #texasmed
