Reminder: Rasmuson Sabbatical Award applications are due August 14!
Calling all Alaska nonprofit and tribal leaders! We encourage you to apply for a 2025 Sabbatical Award. Recipients will have 90 to 120 continuous days in 2025 to rest, reflect, and rejuvenate. Grants of $50,000 will go to the individual’s organization to help cover the leader’s salary, interim team, travel costs, and other experiences during the time off from work. Applications close on Wednesday, Aug. 14. Special thanks to our partners, The Foraker Group and the Alaska Tribal Administrators Association. Rasmuson Foundation is expanding grantmaking programs to increase award sizes, expedite award schedules, and broaden eligibility for grant-funded projects. Updates include an awards increase for the Tier 1 grants and two new programs: Community Support, for grants up to $250,000, and Legacy, for grants exceeding $250,000.
