🌟 Happy Recipe Wednesday! 🌟 Let’s dive into making some homemade pretzels with this recipe from Hannah Williams: Preparation: 1. In a bowl, combine water, salt, and sugar. Stir until well mixed. Add yeast and let it sit for 5 minutes until the yeast begins to foam. 🥣 2. Add flour and 2 tablespoons of oil and mix until a dough forms. 💪 3. Take out the dough and use the remaining oil to grease the bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour. ⏳ 4. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). 🔥 5. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll each piece into thin ropes. Twist the ends to form a pretzel shape. 🥨 6. In a large pot of water, add baking soda and bring it to a rolling boil. Boil each pretzel for 30 seconds on each side. 💧 7. Transfer the pretzels to a baking sheet. Brush them with egg wash and sprinkle with salt. 🍳 8. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until they turn golden brown. 🌟 9.
