A Community Built on Care
About us
We’ve been taking care of El Paso since the first Providence Hospital opened in 1902 — and we haven’t looked back. At The Hospitals of Providence, we consider ourselves part of the fabric of the city. We are 4,000 employees strong partnering with 900+ physicians to move health forward for the entire community. From East, West and Central El Paso to Southern New Mexico and West Texas, we’ve got the healthcare needs of the entire region well covered. Our area hospitals are regional destinations for high-quality care, with offerings that include world-class surgery, heart care, orthopedics, neurology, pediatrics and women’s health, just to name a few.

Excited to unveil our newest investment at the Transmountain Campus, the Outpatient Infusion Center. This new addition provides patients a wide range of infusion services, provided by specially trained oncology nurses who are trained in managing a variety of infusions, some to include biological immune modulators, injectable hormonal therapy, iron therapies and IV steroids and immunoglobulin. We are proud to be expanding services for patients of northwest El Paso and southern New Mexico.

We are thrilled to celebrate a significant milestone for the Transmountain Campus. In collaboration with Texas Tech Health El Paso, we proudly graduated our inaugural Internal Medicine residency cohort. These eight doctors have made a significant impact in the care we provide and we can’t wait to see the many accomplishments they will achieve and the difference they will make throughout their careers – Congratulations!
