We hosted the Hollywood Arts Collective Open House today! An exciting day to celebrate this unique, complex and most of impactful project. Hollywood Arts Collective is a 152-unit, affordable community for low income artists together with office and supportive service space for our non-profit partner, the Entertainment Community Fund. This project was developed in partnership with the City of Los Angeles, the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) and LADOT just steps from the Hollywood Walk of Fame and conveniently located with easy access to public transportation and community amenities.
