Triad Engineering was founded by Vernon J. Kassouf. His vision was to build high quality underground works that would serve the community and improve its quality of life. Today, the entire Triad team is continuing that mission. Triad builds challenging underground projects in a wide variety of sites and urban areas. We meet the demands of our projects with efficient project management and engineered solutions. As engineers, we know our success depends on high quality, timely and cost efficient construction.
