SRM platform, we've significantly improved our response times and RO approvals, particularly benefiting our customers in rural areas who prefer text communication over email. With seven Kenworth Truck Co. dealership locations across Minnesota & Wisconsin, including both metropolitan and remote areas, we recognized the need for more efficient communication. Our rural customers, often busy with farm equipment, faced delays due to email communication.
