Send resumé to hiring@twinspiresremodeling.com Job Description: Assistant Project Developer Responsibilities: • Retrieve requested information from various records within specified time frames. • Examine and adequately understand project specifications and architectural documents. • Review and evaluate all projects to ensure strict compliance with budgets. • Work cooperatively with other departments and ensure compliance with all timeframes. • Direct subcontractor, vendor, and supplier processes by assembling bid packages, including scope of work, bidding process, and necessary construction documents. • Schedule design meetings with clients. • Contact clients prior to meetings to coordinate preferences, including likes and dislikes. • Work with clients to design and make selections to complete the job. • Take and confirm notes during the selection process and transfer them into CoConstruct. • Work with and confirm data for all selections with accurate descriptions and photos for client review. • Answer any questions during the remodel or home build process regarding project, selections, and/or changes. Qualifications: • Knowledge of the building industry, basic engineering principles, and technical skills. • Ability to manage various tasks, understand new software programs quickly and efficiently, and read construction documents accurately. • Demonstrate accuracy in data entry and maintain data integrity. • Perform administrative tasks such as managing the recording, ordering, and retrieval of documents, correspondence, and reports. • Proficient in using spreadsheets, databases, and operating a computer. We are seeking a Project Estimator to join our team and contribute to our continued success. Job Summary: The Project Estimator for Residential Remodeling will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for remodeling projects, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, home additions, and whole-house remodels. This role requires a thorough understanding of remodeling processes, materials, labor costs, and working with sub-contractors. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, sub-contractors, and project managers to ensure projects are estimated accurately and align with client budgets. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for residential remodeling projects. • Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and scope of work. • Collaborate with sub-contractors, designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and goals. • Obtain and evaluate bids from suppliers and subcontractors. • Prepare and present detailed proposals. • Monitor and update project budgets throughout the remodeling process. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and solutions. • Maintain detailed records of estimates, proposals, and project documentation. • Assist in preparing bid packages and negotiating contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. • Stay informed about industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.                    Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum of 5 years experience in residential remodeling estimating. • Strong knowledge of remodeling methods, materials, and building codes. • Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
