Scott has been with USAP for fifteen years, offering his expertise to various committees, including the Nursing Peer Review Committee (Former Chair), Executive Operations/HR Committee, Culture Committee, and Recruiting Committee. When asked about his personal goal for the NCAC and the impact he hopes to make, Scott shared, "My personal goal is that national and platform leaders would continually seek advice and counsel from the NCAC and local CACs as we face new challenges in the days ahead. Continuing our National Care Team Advisory Council (NCAC) introductions, we are thrilled to introduce Ray Ramos, Vice Chair and Platform Chief CRNA - Texas (Central). Ray has been dedicated to his role for nearly four years and is actively involved in various committees, including the USAP Culture Committee, USAP Leadership Steering Committee, USAP National Recruitment Committee, Future Leaders in Anesthesia Conference Committee, and USAP Cares Committee. Kicking off our NCAC introduction, we are pleased to introduce Bree Brown, NCAC Chair and Platform Chief CRNA-NTX. Bree has held her current position for five years and has been actively involved with USAP Cares, the SRNA Leadership Conference, the USAP Leadership Conference, and the USAP Culture Committee. When asked how she anticipates the NCAC will enhance the culture of our organization, she responded, "The NCAC comes together to see what issues we all see as leaders. In being able to identify issues that are affecting us all, we can work together to come up with the best solution rather than trying to work things out independently."
