For our employees: There is still time to participate in this year's Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey!
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is focused on operationalizing the philosophy of people first, and we are committed to promoting and maintaining a positive command climate, where all are treated with dignity and respect and feel as valued members of the Team. As your Command Sergeant Major, I want you to know that the USACE leadership values each of you and ask that you spare a few minutes to participate in the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey. This is your opportunity to share with us your thoughts, ideas, concerns and anything that affects us as an organization both positively and negatively. Together we can continue to elevate this organization and its people to the highest levels. Thanks in advance for embarking on this journey of change, where you and your Families are always placed first, as without you we cannot deliver the program. Emails for the FEVS survey come from EVAC@opm.gov, with the subject line “2024 OPM Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey.” If you see that in your inbox, please participate! Douglas W.
