U.S. Attorney Damian Williams spoke today with students attending the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Teen Academy about the collaboration between prosecutors at the U.S. Attorney’s Office and FBI agents in investigating criminal activity and bringing perpetrators to justice. The FBI Teen Academy is a 2-week course for students ages 15-18 to learn about careers in law enforcement within and beyond the FBI https://lnkd.in/eRdNTX4v.

The U.S. Marshals Service, along with federal, state, and local partner agencies, led Operation We Will Find You 2, a six-week national operation from May 20 to June 24, 2024. The operation resulted in the recovery and location of 200 critically missing children, including endangered runaways and those abducted by noncustodial persons. With technical assistance from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), 123 children were removed from dangerous situations, and 77 were found in safe locations. https://lnkd.in/e5DVSm_R
