    Best in class support is an underrated feature. I'm constantly impressed by our team's ability to support customers. Here's what i've learnt from them! 1) Speed matters 🚤 We measure our SLAs in minutes and pride ourselves on answering our customers as quickly as we can. 2) Developer success is built on data 🔢 We track everything. Questions, Categories, Docs site views, SLAs ... its all funnelled into a data ware house where we build out the reports based on the KPIs we're optimising for. 3) Support starts with great onboarding ↗ We've built in prompts, hints and short links (thanks Dub.co) to inform users of all the resources they have when getting started with Speakeasy Lastly but not least we have built a culture enjoying support 😀 whether its docs, guides, slack support or in person chats with customers we look forward to it and have business goals around it.     If you interact with customers via Slack, you gotta try Pylon. I use it to send a weekly roundup to each of our shared customer Slack channels. It makes it super easy to create a beautifully formatted Slack message and push it to all of our customer channels at once. We get great feedback on these - "I love getting your product updates in Slack, I read them every week!" (a real customer quote from last week!). They're so easy to do and they make it easy for our customers to keep up with the latest features and content coming from our team. When customers engage with or reply to the messages, I get a thread in the channel of my choice showing me all their comments, clicks, and reactions in one place. Here's the update I sent this week!     Today we're moving out of the Pylon office at 188 King St. It's sentimental. When we moved in we had just graduated from Y Combinator and raised our Seed round. We had been kicked out of our old apartment by an ex-gf. Alex had joined as our Founding Engineer (team was 4 total). The space was really magical for us. It was right across from Oracle Park, in a building filled with other startups (2 of whom are Pylon customers) and neighbors who didn't like us very much. During our year here... - we hosted 17 events - 3xd the team (now 12) - grew to hundreds of customers ... and realized where we need to take the company. Thank you to everyone that stopped by for an event or to say hi. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did 🫶 -- Where to next? -- I don't want to spoil it yet but we're staying in the neighborhood. Our new space will give us room to grow the team significantly and invest into the communities we care about (support teams, builders, and friends). More to share soon! Photos dump 👇

    I'm incredibly excited to welcome Sergio to Pylon as our Founding AE! He stood out among ~40 folks that we interviewed for the position. He met all of our crazy criteria. He has sold... 2. Similar deal sizes 3. Similar deal velocity 4. To CX teams 5. To tech 6. As an AE for 2+ years He's excited about about in-person culture and self-described as someone who practices work-life integration. During calls I asked myself whether I would buy a product from each candidate, and with Sergio it was a resounding yes. He came off as especially sharp, and someone who could be consultative on calls. His peers described him as personable, driven, adaptable, easily followable, organized, and passionate. We're laying the foundation for our Pylon's GTM Team.
