Best in class support is an underrated feature. I'm constantly impressed by our team's ability to support customers. Here's what i've learnt from them! 1) Speed matters 🚤 We measure our SLAs in minutes and pride ourselves on answering our customers as quickly as we can. 2) Developer success is built on data 🔢 We track everything. Questions, Categories, Docs site views, SLAs ... its all funnelled into a data ware house where we build out the reports based on the KPIs we're optimising for. 3) Support starts with great onboarding ↗ We've built in prompts, hints and short links (thanks Dub.co) to inform users of all the resources they have when getting started with Speakeasy Lastly but not least we have built a culture enjoying support 😀 whether its docs, guides, slack support or in person chats with customers we look forward to it and have business goals around it.
