Trell Morse had plans to play college baseball and get a degree. However, after starting his baseball career at Salt Lake Community College, an arm injury changed his plans. While taking classes at SLCC, he needed to find ways to make some extra money. He turned to his love of cars — which led to creating Morse Detailing & Customs. 🚗 To deck out his services, he turned to Central Bank of Utah for a boost. “I knew I would need money to buy specialized equipment,” he says. “I’m 25 years old, and most banks won’t even talk to you if you’re that young. That’s the difference with Central Bank. They are local. They will take a chance on a young entrepreneur.” Now, people travel from all parts of Utah and beyond to work with Morse Detailing & Customs. They offer detailing, window tinting, vinyl wraps, paint protection film and custom painting for clients of all types. For now, Trell’s services are available only at his one location in Spanish Fork. However, he’s excited to expand and knows Central Bank will help his business journey. #morsedetailing #cardetailing #mobiledetailing #centralbank #smallbusiness #utahvalleybusiness

Hot. Cold. Rest. Repeat. ♨️ 🧊 Sean Foster and Lauren Foster have created a niche Nordic style sauna right in Utah Valley - PLUNJ. PLUNJ is a contrast therapy studio — a small, cozy space drawing from Scandinavian bath house culture dedicated to boosting mental and physical health, and communal connection. The regimen looks like this: - Spend up to 15 minutes in the sauna - Rinse off in the bucket shower - Spend up to 5 minutes in the cold plunge - Rest and rehydrate for 3 to 5 minutes - Repeat "[While we were practicing this], we wanted people to know what we were experiencing," Lauren says. "It was such an apparent difference on the physical side, but the mental side was also mind-blowing. We wanted people to be part of it." PLUNJ opened the doors of its Provo location in June 2021, then its franchise location in Saratoga Springs in 2023. The team is currently in the buildout phase of 3 additional locations, with 10 more in the planning phase across the country. Fun fact: PLUNJ loves local business — using Wadsworth Design Inc. for furniture, fixtures and equipment, and Sun River Gardens, Inc. for plants. 40 Under 40 spotlight: Victoria Vergara, CEO at Wilkinsons. Victoria Vergara is the CEO and main sales force for Wilkinson’s, one of Utah’s top choices for awards, apparel and promo. Not many can say they became CEO at 23 years old, but Tori is unrelenting in living out her legacy: “To show the ladies that we can be bold, we can be in charge, and we can overcome impossible challenges.” Before her 25th birthday, she reached over $2 million in sales personally, because, as she believes, proper CEOs should lead by example. Oh… did we mention that Wilkinson’s swag was repped by Dwayne Wade? On top of being a self-motivated leader, Tori mentors kids in the Provo CAPS (Center for Advanced Professional Studies) program and is an active sponsor and participant with RaYnbow Collective non-profit. Matt was inspired by the discovery of Acton Academy (where he functioned as COO), a string of mega-fun microschools that “didn’t quite feel like a school; it felt like a workshop run by young people, with brilliant design and an overarching storyline that made it all possible.” Matt and his team started the first Slope School (which is part of the Acton Academy network) near the mouth of Provo Canyon in 2019. Matt Clayton and Slope School are empowering children to become the world-changers they are destined to be. Comment “40 Under 40” for the link to his full article. Taking a look at 2024 now, she has built her talent team from a meager four to 15 members across the U.S. and India. Together, they are superheroes working with Entrata leaders to raise the talent bar and continue to elevate Entrata as the leading operation system in multifamily housing worldwide.
