We're 38% complete and on track to finish by Spring 2025! 🔨 Formerly the West Hartford Inn, this transformative project will bring 44 new apartments between the historic hotel building and a brand-new adjacent structure. We're thrilled to share that in collaboration with our development partner, Honeycomb Real Estate Partners, we've successfully closed on The Monarch in New Haven, Connecticut; setting the stage for a transformative new community development.   What was once the site of Monarch Laundry at 149 Derby Avenue will soon be the home of 64 affordable apartment homes designed for modern living.
