👋 Meet Cheri and John, two residents and clients of ours from Sunrise Manor with CCH Healthcare ! Paulina A., our Development Coordinator, and Patti N., our Clinical Manager, joined forces to make Cheri and John’s 28th wedding anniversary extra special! 🍝❤️ There is a quote that states, “To give somebody your time is the biggest gift you can give.” 28 years of marriage and love is not something everyone gets the pleasure of experiencing in life. Cheri and John have given their time to one another over the past 28 years, and ViaQuest, Inc. is beyond grateful to be part of their story! Each day we give our time and attention to residents across the state of Ohio through the amazing psych services we offer! Being apart of moments like today is truly something to stop and smile about 📸

I recently received these success stories regarding our services: "I think this is the greatest thing this country has ever done having people like ViaQuest to come and talk to us." - Nursing Facility Resident "The work ViaQuest does, has changed the whole dynamic of the services we provide to our clients and the services the clients are receiving at the facility. Me and my staff can see the benefits that are being provided by ViaQuest" - Executive Director of Assisted Living Facility "My client has often made inappropriate comments, but has been working to avoid this and respecting others boundaries. We have started using a "code word" when he makes these comments to remind him to avoid this behavior and be respectful to others" - ViaQuest Clinician

On Tuesday, our ViaQuest Psych Team had the honor of giving our client his final and greatest wish - to marry his lifetime love, Linda. Mr. Clark was one of our clients in a nursing facility who had recently been admitted to Hospice. Our psych team recognized that Mr. Clark didn't have much time left and we were able perform a marriage ceremony in his final minutes on earth. He passed away a few minutes later. Our team surrounded his now widow, Linda, in her time of need and helped her through the waves of emotions that came with Mr. Clark's passing. When our clinician had a moment alone with Linda, she wanted to share with everyone "you and your team made the world of difference today, and without you, I may never have gotten the chance to be Mrs. Clark. I will be forever grateful for what you guys did for me today!"

In memory of many, In honor of all, thank you. Your bravery and service will never be forgotten.

Some of the folks at ViaQUest Safe Haven Day Program have started to learn how to make theses items. They worked on them from the start of pouring into the molds to putting them in the machine to be fired. Robert Fuge comes to us with years of experience in this area and supports those we serve as a Program Specialist. Excellent job!!

Michelle Gambone, Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions - Nursing Team Lead - NorthEast Michelle Gambone - Working at ViaQuest, I appreciate that I am involved in meaningful work and that I have had the opportunity to develop close-knit relationships with both clientele and colleagues. The collaborative spirit of the team and the positive impact on clients' lives inspire my dedication to always strive for excellence. One of my greatest personal achievements is obtaining my master’s degree and prioritizing my health and wellbeing. Outside of work, spending time with family and enjoying activities with my beloved dog are my favorite ways to pass time. I also like to have an occasional adventure in my dune buggy. My advice for others is to emphasize integrity, give full effort both professionally and personally, and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Building a cohesive team of nurses who enjoy their work and collaborate effectively is a notable achievement. Outside of work, leisure pursuits include reading, boating, family activities, and volunteering. A key piece of advice is remembering the importance of honesty, even in challenging situations, as it fosters respect and integrity, despite potential disagreements.

Abigail Gilbert, Psychiatric & Behavioral Solutions - RN Team Lead - Central Abigail Gilbert - Working at ViaQuest, the culture stands out as the most enjoyable aspect, with a strong sense of unity among employees who uphold the CHOICE values daily, creating a familial atmosphere. Helping others is my driving force and my pride stems from working in a beloved field. Outside of work, my time is cherished with my 7-month-old daughter. I also enjoy photography, travel, boating, and furniture refurbishment, despite modest skills. My best advice is to remember that self-care is essential in caring for others, and laughter is the best medicine.
