Position: Call Center Representative (Sales) Location: Austin, TX Responsibilities Handles inbound and outbound leads in a call-center environment The first point of contact for prospects, the voice of the company Qualifies leads by understanding the homeowner’s energy costs, pre-screening the suitability of solar through satellite tools and scheduling in-home appointments Listens to homeowner interests and concerns while providing feedback relevant to that specific homeowner Maintains high end-customer satisfaction by guiding quality prospects through the sales channel and process Accurately captures all customer related data into SalesForce (CRM) Works with lead transfer and appointment process issues Meet and exceed monthly quotas and service level agreements while working in a fast paced environment Willingness to be available and work outside of standard business hours, those that are most convenient to CA residential homeowners Qualifications Looking for business development and call center experience. It's a inside sales job 100-150 calls per day from office Candidates will advise customers to purchase solar panels by providing them the information. Pay Rate + commissions will be provided as per completion of target.
