We are thrilled to announce the official merger of Volunteer State Bank and Fourth Capital Bank! This union brings together the strengths, expertise, and resources of both institutions, united by a shared dedication to serving our Middle Tennessee communities. Although our banks have legally merged, Fourth Capital branches will continue to operate independently as a division of Volunteer State Bank until our systems are fully integrated, which we anticipate will be completed in 2025. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our valued customers for your continued support and trust in Volunteer State Bank and Fourth Capital Bank.
