Nothing replaces a team being together heads down planning and strategizing 🙌🏽 This week, Business Partners and Program Manangers from the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Inclusive eXperiences and Tech (IXT) team came together from 5 countries and more than 10 US cities to chart our course forward for the next year. We began the week with our Amazon leader Candi Castleberry and ended the week with our AWS leader Ian Wilson. In between, we worked hard on our strategy and on building trust and relationship, the things that sustain a global team.
