We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Design Drafter to join our team. Main Duties/Responsibilities: •Develop detailed drawings under the supervision of the Engineering Manager. •Ensure accurate drawings are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards. •Prepare graphical illustrations for marketing purposes and requested Tools and Methods (TM) drawings for clients before a purchase order (PO) is created. •Prepare Quality documents such as Engineering Check Sheets, Final Inspection Sheets, Technical Units, Design and Development Plans, and Project Control Documents. •Conduct and understand mechanical calculations. •Provide technical drafting of drawings, ECS, FIS, and TU for approval. •Draft with downhole tools, with a preference for experience in completions or interventions tools. Education / Academic Qualifications: •HND or HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. •Enrollment in an HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent will also be considered. Experience/ Training Sessions: •Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field. •Awareness of QHSE/API Q1, product specification requirements like API 11-D1, ASNT, AWS, etc. •Awareness of project planning analysis. •Experience with SolidWorks, AUTOCAD, CADWORKS, etc. Skills: •Understanding of API manufacturing principles and methods and their application to completions design. •Working knowledge of completion equipment design calculations.
