Earlier this year, we launched our Mentorship Program, and we're thrilled to share that 1/3 of our firm is participating! This commitment to investing in our team members and their professional development showcases West Yost's strategic and meaningful approach to growing and retaining our talented 'West Yosters'.   And the results are in! Participants are loving the program, and their engagement and feedback are fueling the next cohort of mentees and mentors to continue making the program even stronger. 🟣💧 Recycled Water: A Vital Resource 💧🟣     Recycled water, marked by purple pipes and signs, is highly treated wastewater that is filtered and cleaned to be used for non-potable purposes like irrigation and cooling. Recycled water is a way to supplement and reduce potable water demands. Some agencies in California are even beginning to use advanced treatment methods to bring recycled water up to potable water standards to be used for drinking water.     At West Yost, we’re proud of our Recycled Water Services, offering assistance with all aspects needed to strategically plan, effectively apply, and administer a recycled water program. We support water agencies with recycled water programs from funding assistance, feasibility studies, and treatment plant upgrade designs to retrofit site conversion.     Share a photo or two of some of your purple signs in your community! 📸    Remember, every time you spot a purple sign, it symbolizes a commitment to water resilience.
