Today, Rainer Bürkert, member of the Würth Group Central Managing Board, visited Würth Revcar Fasteners' headquarters in Roanoke, VA with Würth Industry North America Executive Vice President Larry Stevens, Senior Vice President Daniel Schmidt, and Revcar Managing Director Chapman Revercomb. After touring the facility, Rainer met with the senior leadership team and then addressed the whole company, sharing his insights and future outlook. He expressed his gratitude and congratulated the employees on their dedication and hard work. The team's visit to Roanoke was not just about business; they also explored the city's rich history at Fire Station One, Roanoke's inaugural fire station. After a century of service and a 15-year hiatus, this historic landmark has been revitalized as Txtur, Stock Café, Fire Station One Boutique Hotel, and a fine furniture showroom. Thank you to Mr. Bürkert for taking the time to visit and offer encouragement and insight for our team!

The Würth Group has closed the 2023 fiscal year with a sales record of EUR 20.4 billion. The operating result came to EUR 1.5 billion and is the second-best result in the company’s history. Equity increased to EUR 8.8 billion and ensures stability. ”We are currently experiencing economic headwinds; however, we expect to be past the worst in the third quarter of 2024. This is why we will not change our strategy but continue to follow a countercyclical approach: We hold on to our employees and continue to invest in research and development,” commented @Robert Friedmann, Chairman of the Central Management Board of the Würth Group. 💡 Innovation at Würth means understanding the challenges our customers face. Würth’s research and development work at Reinhold Würth Innovation Center Curio addresses new issues such as sustainable construction, new technologies such as artificial intelligence or the Internet of Things for greater efficiency on the construction site and, of course, the further development of its core business. One example of our innovative work is the SHARK® TWIST anchor, which was developed to shorten installation times and reduce costs and which works with almost any common building material. ➡️ Find the complete review of the past fiscal year and learn more about examples of innovation from Würth in the press release: http://wuerth.rocks/8jn #pressconference #fiscalyear #wuerthgroup
