The Xage Security team wrote up an excellent summary of the recent OpenSSH vulnerability, dubbed "RegreSSHion" and how you can protect your vulnerable Linux assets. Patching vulnerabilities often takes a while (half of Known Exploited Vulnerabilities linger for at least 50 days, unpatched, according to the Verizon DBIR 2024.) Controlling access and protecting your machines to prevent attacks before you can patch is crucial. Here's what you need to know to stay protected from CVE-2024-6387. https://lnkd.in/gEj-GP5q #ZeroTrust #CVE #Vulnerabilities #Cybersecurity

How do you calculate the ROI of a cybersecurity platform? When we learned that a Xage customer had achieved complete return on investment in just three months, we were stunned. Calculating return on investment for #cybersecurity products is notoriously hard but the team here at Xage Security did a spectacular job not only building a simple but accurate calculation that anyone can use, but proving it out with real customers. For anyone who isn't sure about #ZeroTrust yet, this is as compelling of an argument as you are going to find that Zero Trust Access pays for itself, fast. The numbers don't lie: - One customer saved over $1 million a year in OT support costs by leveraging just-in-time secure remote access - One customer got complete return on investment in 3 months.
