It was like the best-kept secret in town. But let's be real, we had some challenges to tackle. Our game plan? Turbocharge the way we operate. We rolled up our sleeves and set up an intake department and a case management team. Suddenly, we had this well-oiled machine that could do more, help more. But wait, there's more! We kicked it up a notch and went all out on a new initiative: Max Potential Services. It's not just a fancy name – it's our way of making sure every child we touch has a chance to shine their brightest. And you know what? Our revenue growth? It hit 150%! Yeah, I had to do a double-take too. Now, let's be real – change is like that friend who rearranges your furniture without asking. It can be a bit overwhelming. The biggest challenge? Finding the right squad. We had to make some tough calls, and yeah, it meant waving goodbye to some old faces. But the cool thing?
