  • Affinity shopper implementation project - Amadeus

    -

    Affinity Shopper is a powerful Amadeus-based search tool that enables leisure customers to search for flights without specifying travel dates or destinations. Service middleware was also developed by Turkish Airlines development team. Worked with 4 Analysts and 2 Developers have worked on this project on Turkish Airlines side as well as outsourcing one Analyst and one Developer.

  • SOA Online Services for Web and Mobile Project

    -

    SOA web services project for all web services required for ticketing, reservation, check-in, departure-arrival and loyalty. Led 18 Developers, 14 Analysts and 6 Testers to develop 7 applications and more than 250 new web methods.

  • Flex price implamentation project - Amadeus

    -

    Led implementation of international availability and price service layer with Amadeus-based Flex-price product. Enabled Turkish Airlines to offer flexible prices on international flights to the customers on web and mobile channels. Worked with an internal team of 2 Analysts and 4 Developers have worked on this project as well as an external team of 1 Analyst and 1 Developer.

  • Domestic Calendar Availability Display Project

    -

    Oversaw project to enable display of +-3 days’ best prices on the web availability page. Overcame multiple performance-based challenges due to there being many requests per second on this page. Worked with 5 Software Engineers to develop the service layer and 2 Engineers to develop the Frontend side.

  • Evisa project

    -

    Managed partnership project between Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Turkish Airlines, working with a team of 4 Frontend developers and 2 Analysts worked in analysis phase. Delivered project enabling Turkish Airlines to provide e-visas on behalf of Ministry of Foreign Affairs to foreign travellers.

  • BKM Express Promotion Project

    -

    In this project, my roles were Project Manager and Business Analyst.
    BKM express is a payment product. This project aim was applying a discount to the users who wanted to pay with BKM product.
    This project opened a door for promotion structure of web and mobile sale channels.
    1 developer and 1 analyst worked on this project.
