“I found Alex to be a great mentor and manager during the time I worked with him at Wayfair. He is very invested in his team’s development and has a good eye for people’s strengths. Alex is extremely process minded and when you go to him with a problem he’s a great though partner to logically work something out. Taking complex/confusing systems or ideas and breaking them down into clear and concise diagrams and presentations is another one of Alex’s skills; he’s a good bridge between the technical side and the business end. I would also recommend Alex as a public speaking coach, I learned a lot from him on how to improve my presentations and presence. ”
