During this project, my group and I analyzed an international brand, QUAY, and provided recommendations that impacted customer acquisition and retention. This work included researching Australian consumers and their behaviors/habits, creating customer personas that fit the brand, and outlining a customer journey map for said personas. This project strengthens my understanding of digital channels and e-commerce experiences to increase brand awareness and exposure.
