Responsible for the strategy and execution of integrating new ways of working between and amongst Digital Sales, Product ownership, Marketing, and Design so that the end-to-end customer journey is fully customer-centric. The Digitization Sales Hub program was launched in 2022 and has grown from three product projects to a total of nine projects within six months due to the measurable success to date.

The results of building out landing pages hyper-targeted to unique personas prompted clear calls-to-action with customized content and unique forms and form handlers that saw a 342% increase in page views with a 565% growth in form completions compared to the same time the previous year.
