How can you benefit from peer coaching?
I'd sum it up like this. We're only as good as we "think we are," getting feedback and input from peers gives you a fresh perspective, you may disagree or agree with it, BUT it will improve you both as an individual and hone your positioning and how you articulate yourself to others in the future.

How can you benefit from peer coaching?
You can start with an overall set of objectives amongst the peers. Then set an overall timeline, i.e. 3 sessions, 30 mins each, 5 sessions 20 mins each. Each session can be interactive/ live or conf. call, and then "homework/ offline" work after each session. There is value in the meetings + value in letting each person apply from the meetings to the offline work. Progress and feedback from the previous meeting to be given in the next meeting, and also moving on to the next set of objectives. In this way, you can schedule a sprint set of sessions to meet the group or peer sets needs.
