Dealing with a client's constant scope changes. Are you prepared to navigate project timelines effectively?
I agree with several here… first you must have very clear and concise business and technical requirements up front , make certain that all internal parties ( include IT) are in agreement that they are accurate and complete. Then plan the project and again confirm with all impacted stakeholders and finally set expectations, limits ( guardrails) and change control requirements and limits. Identify gaps or issues ( impending scope or timeline creep) immediately if they occur or are expected to occur!

Your critical project deadline is looming. How will you overcome a sudden vendor delivery delay?
It is important to carefully understand the exact issue(s) causing the delay, determine what the impact is or will be and how it can be minimized. Once the details are laid out and impact clear, parter/ collaborate with the vendor for their input regarding possible solutions and available options to minimize impact. Negotiate to facilitate minimal impact (think possible help with cost, if you have to go elsewhere) solution that will allow best possible results.

You're struggling to establish trust with new vendors. How can you ensure reliable and timely deliveries?
I agree with other responders that in order to develop trust with your vendors, you must inspire trust. That means that your should make every effort to keep open communications, be trustworthy ( honest and clear), negotiate fairly with both parties in mind, encourage and drive collaboration and innovation.
