    Executive Assistant- MUST LOVE THE CIRCUS!

    We are seeking a person with a combination of positive stage presence, tight-rope focus, and the command to wrangle big cats, elephants, star performers and the occasional clown. This is a critically important role, enabling the ringleaders to work more effectively with internal and external stars, performers and troupes.

    You will have strong attention to detail, impeccable writing skills and the hunger and hustle to orchestrate the greatest show earth well and on time without balance checks or braggadocio.

    You can turn a circus into a dazzling show worthy of a standing ovation and are talented enough to make the ringleaders and their troupe as effective and efficient as possible.

    You work easily with a variety of performers while juggling constantly changing acts without breaking a
    sweat, losing your stage presence or falling to the net when it is hard or scary.

    Responsibilities:
     Answering phones and greeting guests with professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
     Monitor building throughout the day for safety and security.
     Research of industry topics for start-ups, executives and team members as needed.
     Coordinate communications such as calls and emails while interfacing with the team and clients.
     Manage help with projects on gig-economy site - Freelancer, Upwork, 99Designs, etc.
     Prepare internal and external documents for team members and industry partners.
     Assist with smoothly running and organizing the founder and teams’ schedules.
     Work closely with the founder and team to prioritize upcoming commitments.
     Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries.
     Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.
     Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among all team members.
     Uphold a strict level of confidentiality at all times.
