    Via its annual 24-hour gaming marathon Extra Life Austin helps raise funds for the Children's Miracle Network Charity Care Program at Dell Children's Hospital. As the committee chair, I helped staff events, reached out to local businesses, raised awareness of the group, and played a lot of video games. It's amazing, and while I'm not directly involved anymore, I still participate when I can.
